Real support. Real growth. From anywhere.
Compassionate therapy and psychiatry by video for adults, teens, children, couples, and families — with a team that helps you find the right provider, not just the next opening.
Therapy should feel easier to start.
Finding help can feel overwhelming. We simplify the process by helping you understand your options, match with a provider, and start care from a private place that works for your life.
What people need first is clarity.
Most people do not come to therapy because everything is falling apart. They come because they are tired of carrying it alone. Our job is to make the next step feel human, safe, and possible.

Therapy isn’t open-ended by default.
Most people ask “how long am I signing up for?” The honest answer depends on what you’re working on. Here are the typical arcs we see.
For specific concerns
A defined problem with a clear goal — a phase of anxiety, a relationship transition, a single life event. Often weekly, then tapering.
For depression, trauma, identity
Patterns that took time to form take time to shift. Weekly for the first 12 sessions, then often biweekly as things settle.
For complex trauma, attachment
Slow, paced, and built on safety. We revisit every few months whether the rhythm is still serving you. You can always stop.
Whatever the arc, we revisit goals openly every 6–8 weeks — and we’ll tell you when we think you’re done.
A few honest answers.
A few answers that make starting therapy feel a little less intimidating.
